Мастер – класс по английскому языку. Мастер – класс в 10б классе по теме «Мировые религии». Цель мастер - класса – распространение опыта работы учителя английского языка по внедрению технологии развития критического мышления в практику обучения.
Тема: Major religions Цель : создание условий для развития самостоятельной, творчески мыслящей личности. Задачи: 1. Познакомить с мировыми религиями, побудить учащихся активно участвовать в процессе учения. 2. Формирование общеучебных умений навыков (работа со словарями, с первоисточниками). 3. Анализировать и критически оценивать информацию. 4. Воспитывать положительное отношение к мировым религиям.
Ход урока. Teacher: Good day, my friends. I am glad to see you. Our lesson will be unusual. Просмотр видеофрагмента о религиях. 1.WARMING What associates do you have watching this video? (It shows Tatarstan people’s belief to the victory, their union, friendship, strength) There are so many countries on the Earth and so many people living on it. We are different. We have different skin colour. We have different political views and rather often it leads to military conflicts. We believe in one thing or another. Some people believe in the supernatural: for them the world that can’t be explained scientifically is as real as anything. Others will argue with them and say that they believe only in those things that can be proved. 2.«Brain attack». What do you believe in? (The world progress, the postulate "beauty will save the world”, reincarnation, life after death, horoscopes, yourself, love at first sight, the idea that all events are predetermined, the postulate That money and power cannot make you happy, the postulate that every new generation is wiser than the previous one, magic and etc) What do our beliefs depend on? (Our character, background, experience and so on) Today we will talk about worldwide religions.

Teacher: Look at the key-word . What words are associated with the religions. Why? Make up the word-web. You are going to work in groups of three.
Choose the leader. The leader will tell us everything what you’ve discussed. Учитель: Главная задача стадии вызова состоит в том, чтобы заинтересовать учащихся, поддержать их активность. Опираясь на имеющиеся знания, учащиеся работают в группах и составляют кластер. Лидеры групп объясняют, какие слова они написали и почему. Затем кластеры объединяют в один рисунок.

Учитель: Для стимулирования мыслительной деятельности ученикам предлагается записать в левой колонке все, что они знают о религиях. Работая в парах, учащиеся обмениваются мнениями. Затем читают свои предложения по цепочке, а учитель записывает их на доске.

What would you like to know? You are going to work in pairs and answer the questions. Учитель: На стадии осмысления идёт активная самостоятельная работа учащихся. Был применен такой приём, как чтение текста с пометками. Учащиеся, читая текст, делали пометки: знаю, узнал, хотел бы узнать, новое для меня и заполняли таблицу. Работая в парах, обучаемые обменивались мнениями.. 5.«Рефлексия» (reflection). "Sink wane method”

Учитель: Многие приёмы, использованные на первых двух стадиях, логически переходят в стадию «Рефлексии». Для систематизации знаний используем прием «синквейн». В I строчке тема называется одним словом- именем существительным. Вторая строка – это описание темы в двух словах - два прилагательных. Третья строка- описание действие тремя глаголами. Четвертая - это словосочетание. Пятая строка - предложение, содержащее резюме вышеизложенного.

The (disciples/pupils) were the twelve close followers of Jesus Christ during his lifetime. Little children usually have four or five (meals/feasts) a day. New Years' Day is a national (feast/holiday). How many (disciples/pupils) are there in your school? Easter and Christmas are important Christian (feasts/holidays).
VII. Word- building. I hope you like listening to music. I have a nice record for you. It’s Armstrong’s "Let my people go” Would you like to listen to this hymn? It would be a good start for our next exercise.

Men following this religion cannot be bareheaded when in the place of worship. 10. A key concept of this religion says that one of their holy men sacrificed his life for them.
VIII. The last stage is a five minute essay. What do you think about religions?
IX. Conclusion. Let’s sum up. Our beliefs areas varied as we are, that’s why a civilized modern man treats other people’s beliefs with respect, rejecting only those, which are immoral or lead to illegal action. Every nation has its own way. You know we can’t blame Moses, Buddha, Mohammed or Jesus for terrorist actions in India, Jerusalem or Spain.What do we need in our complicated world? I think we are to be tolerant and respectful to all religions and remember that we are people. X. Homework. Summarize your knowledge about religions and write an essay "Many people believe in the god. ”
